Full Registration Form
During the month of November, 2007, the full length Registration forms were mailed to all dancers who had pre-registered for the convention.
Even
though you have registered it is very important that you complete and
return this form as soon as possible. This is your opportunity to select
your hotel accommodations. You will be given space to select four
choices. The sooner you return the form the more likely it will be that
you get your first choice.
In addition to hotel information, the form provides an opportunity to order the convention Souvenir Program Book at a discount price of $6. The cost will be $10 at the door. The daily schedules are included with the book and are not sold separately. The Sew and Save Booklet and the dance syllabuses can be ordered at a discount on this form as well. Due to the cost of printing we will not be ordering very many extras of the printed material so you should order in advance to ensure you get what you want.
Tickets for the Wednesday Night Show and Tours can also be ordered on this form, as well as renewing your subscription to National Squares.
