Capacity of all tours is limited. We suggest that you complete the
reservation form
and return it with your check, money order, or credit card information as
soon as possible. Full payment for all tours must accompany your
registration form. Pre-registration deadline for tours is May 15, 2009.
Reserved tickets for all tours except the Monday bus to the Disneyland® Resort may be picked up at the tour booth in the Convention Center (see hours below). Route 66 information, and reserved tickets for the Monday bus to the Disneyland® Resort, will be mailed upon receipt of the registration form. The 58th National Square Dance Convention® tour booth will be located in the registration area of the Long Beach Convention Center. It will be open to pick up reserved tickets, or to purchase tours on a space-available basis.
All tours leave from and return to the Long Beach Convention Center unless otherwise specified. The listed start time reflects departure from the Convention Center and the end time reflects departure from the end point of the tour. Buses begin loading 20 minutes before departure and leave times. Buses will leave on time. You will be responsible for your own transportation should you miss the bus. In the unlikely event of cancellation due to lack of participation, money will be refunded in full or applied to another tour of your choice provided space is available. A $5 handling charge will be deducted from tours canceled on the part of the traveler. Refunds for any reason other than lack of participation will not be given after the pre-registration deadline. The 58th National Square Dance Convention® acts solely in the capacity of agent on behalf of its tour patrons in arranging for transportation, sightseeing, and any other service, and as such is not responsible for damage, loss, delay, injury, or accident due to any act or default on the part of any company or person engaged in providing transportation, sightseeing, or other services which are part of these tours. No carrier shall have or incur any responsibility for any person taking the tour except its liability as a common carrier. Small articles (coats, handbags, cameras, cell phones, souvenirs, etc.) are entirely under the care of the passenger. |
